Fantastic delivery service
Ordered on Monday and received today (Thursday) in France what a fantastic delivery service and the tracking is far superior to other carriers.
The second time I've linked to a review on this site, this week. The Fabulous Fleece Company have stood strong and focused on quality delivery rather than cheap delivery, and comments like this suggest it's probably the right decision.
I think ecommerce customers will expect, not just prefer, delivery flexibility and tracking as we see the shift away from free delivery (and possibly free click and collect).
